By purchasing from Faiths Templar, you agree to the following Returns and Exchanges policy. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days of delivery, provided that all items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with no signs of damage or alteration. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are strictly non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. To request a return or exchange, customers must first contact us at faithstemplar@gmail.com with their order number and a description of the issue; unauthorized returns may be refused. Once a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival. Faiths Templar reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our condition requirements or that are received outside the allowed time frame. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method only, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if an item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered instead. We do not accept returns for items damaged through misuse, wear, or improper care. Faiths Templar is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
